✨ BOOKING POLICY
ONLINE BOOKING & NEW CLIENT POLICY
Thank you for choosing our Nail Salon Suite. To ensure a smooth booking experience and provide the highest quality service, please review our policies before scheduling your appointment.
# Online Booking Policy
* All appointments must be booked online through our booking system.
* A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your appointment.
* Please select your services carefully to allow enough time for your appointment.
* If you are unsure which service to book, please contact us before scheduling.
* Appointments are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation notification.
## New Client Policy
**All first-time clients are required to arrive with bare nails.**
For your initial appointment:
* Nails must be completely free of acrylic, gel polish, dip powder, hard gel, builder gel, press-ons, or any other nail enhancements.
* Bare nails allow for a proper assessment of your natural nail health and help ensure the best service results.
* If you currently have product on your nails, please schedule a REMOVAL SERVICE prior to your first appointment or contact us before booking.
**Failure to arrive with bare nails may result in:**
* Additional removal fees
* Modification of the scheduled service
* Appointment rescheduling if time does not permit removal
# Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
* A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
* Cancellations made with less than48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
* NO SHOWS / NO CALLS will be CHARGED up to 100% of the scheduled service amount (NO EXCEPTIONS) and may require a deposit for future bookings.
# Late Arrival Policy
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.
* Services may be shortened or modified to avoid delaying other scheduled clients.
* Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service FEE.
# Refund Policy
* Due to the nature of nail services, refunds are not provided.
* If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address the concern.
# Guest Policy
* To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon suite unless prior arrangements have been made.
# Health & Safety
* Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness.
* Services cannot be performed on nails showing signs of INFECTION,FUNGUS or other conditions that may compromise health and safety.

Photo & Video Consent Policy
To showcase our work and promote our services, photos and videos may be taken before, during, or after your appointment.
##Consent for Photos & Videos
By booking an appointment, clients grant permission for the salon to photograph and/or record their nails for portfolio, educational, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Photos and videos may be used on social media platforms, websites, online booking sites, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
##Privacy Options
We respect your privacy. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify your nail technician before your service begins.
Clients may opt out of photos and videos at any time during their appointment.
##Personal Information Protection
Photos and videos will primarily focus on the nail services provided.
Personal information, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and payment information, will never be shared without written consent.
Efforts will be made to avoid capturing a client's face unless specific permission is given.
##Ownership & Usage Rights.
All photos and videos taken by the salon remain the property of the salon and may be edited, published, and used for promotional purposes without compensation.
##Client Content
If clients choose to post photos or videos of their service and tag the salon, the salon may repost or share the content on its social media platforms unless otherwise requested.
