CANCELLATION POLICY

OUR POLICY . 1. Appointments & Punctuality • All appointments must be booked in advance on our website we not accept text appointments. • Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, 20 mins or more , the appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply. 2. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure your appointment. NEW CLIENT ONLY • The remaining balance is due at the time of service via cash, Zelle, or card (fees may apply for card payments). • No deposit = No appointment. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. • Same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit. • No-shows will be required to pay 50% of the missed service before being allowed to rebook. 4. Children & Extra Guests • Due to space and safety reasons, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced. 5. Nail Fixes & Refunds • Nail repairs are free within 3 days of service for technical issues only (lifting, breakage, etc.) • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. 6. Health & Safety • Please come with clean hands and no signs of infection (fungus, open wounds, etc.). • I reserve the right to refuse service if it compromises your health or mine. 7. Photography & Social Media • I may take pictures or videos of your nails for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, please let me know in advance. THANKS !!
